Shipping and Returns Policy for our BoutStix Online Store

If purchasing from one of our Wholesalers, please refer to their Shipping and Return policy

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping is FREE with your order.

Shipping Options:

• Standard: 3-5 business days FREE with your order.
• Express Two Days:  2 business days. The fee is calculated at checkout.
• Overnight 1-2 business days. The fee is calculated at checkout.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping is available within Canada and the United States.

Missing or damaged shipment: If you do not receive your product or you have received product that has been damaged, please email us at service@boutstix.com and include your order number in the subject line.

Amazon Return Policy

BoutStix are also available for purchase on Amazon. If you made an Amazon purchase, items shipped from Amazon.com can be returned within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

Amazon customers are required to send the items back to Amazon to be eligible for a refund. Amazon will evaluate the condition of the returned item. If it is determined that the item is sellable, the product is returned to our inventory. If it is determined that it is unsellable (defective or damaged), Amazon will assess who caused the damage (Amazon or the customer). Then they decide if the customer is eligible for reimbursement.

The returned item is classified as unsellable for the following reasons:

• The item is not in the same condition as previously listed.
• It is defective, damaged, opened or lacking required labeling.
• This includes anything that makes the product unsellable.

Shipping Policy

We accept any return that is in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We guarantee products only upon arriving at our warehouse.
